Refund policy

We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, unwashed, free from pet hair, odors, stains, or damage, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Items that have been used by a pet cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Email us at admin@biscuitandbell.com to request a return authorization.

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and a brief reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect.

For damage claims, email admin@biscuitandbell.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, clear photographs of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

We will review the claim and work with the fulfillment partner or carrier to arrange an appropriate resolution.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used treats, food, chews, or consumable products cannot be returned.

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Used beds, blankets, carriers, bowls, toys, collars, harnesses, or other pet goods cannot be returned.

Items showing pet hair, odors, stains, chewing, scratching, washing, or other signs of use cannot be returned.

Hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned once opened or removed from protective packaging.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Clearance or sale items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Any product specifically marked non-returnable on its product page cannot be returned.

Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about whether a particular item is returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item, size, or color is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Availability cannot be guaranteed while a return is in transit.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or fulfillment has begun. If the order has already shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
