Shipping policy


To help your order arrive as safely and efficiently as possible, some items may ship in separate packages. If your order includes products from different fulfillment partners or warehouses, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment once the items are dispatched.

Where do you ship from?

Orders may ship from multiple distribution centers and fulfillment partners across the United States. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, fulfillment location, destination, package size, weight, and order value.

Because some items are fulfilled by different partners, shipping charges may vary depending on the products in your cart.

Some products or orders may qualify for free shipping based on order value or product eligibility.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Most in-stock items arrive within approximately 6–7 business days after the order is placed.

Handmade, made-to-order, personalized, or specialty products may require additional processing or production time before shipment. Longer timelines will be noted on the product page when applicable.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as each package ships.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or fulfillment-partner handling times.

Multiple Shipments

Products in the same order may arrive separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

You will not be charged again solely because an order is delivered in multiple packages.

Do I need to be present for delivery?

Most orders shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx do not require a signature.

Certain oversized products may require a signature or scheduled delivery. Any special delivery requirements will be communicated when applicable.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Some smaller items may be delivered to PO Boxes. Oversized products and items shipped by certain carriers may require a physical street address.

If an item cannot be delivered to a PO Box, we will contact you to request an alternate address.

Biscuit & Bell currently ships within the United States.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or fulfillment has begun.

Biscuit & Bell is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us promptly at admin@biscuitandbell.com.

Please include your order number and, for damaged products, clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with the fulfillment partner or carrier when appropriate.
